Read eleven newsletters without opening eleven newsletters.
Point your subscriptions at an Echos address. Then ask Claude what was worth reading this week, and let the rest sit there.
The newsletter problem is not that newsletters are bad. It is that they arrive in the same place as work, at the same priority as work, and the good one is underneath four you skimmed out of guilt.
Move them. Every subscription goes to one Echos address, or to a separate alias each if you want to be able to say "just the finance ones." Your morning question becomes a question instead of a scroll: what came in, what is worth my time, summarize the long one.
Full-text search across the whole mailbox comes back in about 140 ms, so asking about something from six weeks ago costs you nothing.
And if a newsletter turns, you disable that one alias. No unsubscribe form, and no confirmation email about your confirmation preferences.
